Configures and optimizes ServiceNow Discovery for on-premises, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid environments. Manages credential profiles, IP ranges, discovery schedules, and classification rules. Tunes probes and sensors to maximize CI accuracy while minimizing network impact and MID Server load.
Builds and maintains application service maps within ServiceNow that accurately represent how business-critical services depend on underlying infrastructure. Works with application owners and architects to define entry points, validate mapped CIs, and ensure service maps remain current as environments evolve.
Installs, configures, and maintains ServiceNow MID Servers across segmented network environments. Manages MID Server clusters for high availability, troubleshoots connectivity and performance issues, and ensures MID Servers are properly scoped, secured, and upgraded in alignment with ServiceNow release cycles.
